Amazing experience and by the way he has 40+ years of experience. Our heater had a problem not turning on. I called them close to closing time at around 4pm. The owner was here promptly within 15 minutes had a solution, explained what occurred with the part which fortunately started working, explained the part may go back out but we agreed with starting with simplest solution first (seeing how long it may last) but he took the part number and said call if it does go out and we can get it squared away. I would give this 10 stars if I could!!! I called and Jeremiah answered the phone on the third ring. I told him my pool had a major leak, and that it was losing about an inch and a half a day. He not only came the same day, but he said if he did not find the leak, that it would be no charge!!! Not only did he find the hole in the liner and patched it, he also sealed a crack that we had on our stairs, at no extra charge! This is the kind of customer service you don't see anymore.

They're fair with their pricing and great customer service and of course the best in this area with getting you up and going fast! We subscribe to their heating and cooling maintenance plan that not only gives us a discount but keeps our system in tip top shape! We highly recommend it! They give your system a check up in the spring and in the fall included in the plan.
After 3 years of having our home warranty company send others out to fix our ac and replace parts with cheap pieces, only for it to not work; they finally had Lambs heating and air come out. They have been nothing but helpful and reliable. They spent time to explain what was happening and what needed to be replaced. Lambs heating and air spent more time and energy into getting us a working ac that we can’t be more thankful! With two newfound pups and a newborn coming in December, we really needed our unit fixed. Again, thank you guys for all your support and hard work!
