Came Friday said they was closed due to computer issues sign said they would be open Monday 9-4 so I come Monday and they have the same sign up sad part is I don't need the computer up for what I need I just need to sign a release and pick up a pair of glasses. The first pair came in with a burn on the frame so they were replacing them but now I can't pick them up

I’ve been going to this place since I was in middle school I’m in my late 20’s ! Love it love them . The selection of glasses are so little though and I wish they would update their open times online !

Had bad experience in the East Chicago office. They talked at me...i probably would get more friendliness from a snake. The people in the Gary office fix the problemS all it took was communication.
