I would 10 out of 10 recommend this office to all of my friends and family. I got pecked in the eye by a chicken on Saturday and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. They treated me with respect, and genuinely cared about my situation. The doctor ensured I fully understood my diagnoses and treatment and reason behind the treatment. This is my very first time to the office and they treated me as though I had been going to their office for years and years. They made it an extremely comfortable and smooth process.

Wonderful experience! I had a few issues with Tavel and Midwest eye consultants in Columbus not wanting to verify my insurance or claiming I didnt have insurance so I called Monroe optical and they were just amazing. The office girl made sure to verify everything with my insurance before I drove in for my appointment to make sure the process would go as smooth as possible.The eye exam was fast and accurate the eye doctor was very friendly and picking out my glasses was fast and also easy as they had hundreds of styles to choose from and the girls and gentleman that make the lenses were awesome. Dr Barnes was very thorough and personable. Would recommend for anyone.and I’m hard to please but no really this is one of first reviews I have ever done and I actually took the time to do this. No really Dr Barnes was amazing he was running all over the place trying to find me different colors in the frames I liked he really cared and took his time w me.
