I am SO thankful we found this company. We had been dealing with a horrible sewer smell in our house. Multiple plumbers came out and no one could identify where it was coming from. ILD was one of the few companies we could find that does residential smoke tests. They ran the test, quickly identified issues with 2 toilets, and promptly got us scheduled with the plumber (Johnson) to get the issue fixed. The plumber was efficient, effective, and so empathetic about our problem. I can’t believe so many other plumbers missed it! I hope we never need sewer odor detection again but if we do, we will absolutely use ILD.

Always have best customer service! Very detailed knowledge in what they are doing and always explain in detail and cost if we have a repair that’s needed. Would highly recommend for any heating and cooling needs
