Franklin Family Dentistry goes out of their way for their patients. I never feel like a stranger walking through the door. The front desk staff are always friendly. They helped me with the insurance pre-authorization for some fillings I needed. I was very nervous for a filling I was having in my front tooth. I expressed my concerns & was able to be prescribed a medicine to ease the anxiety. The team checked on me multiple times throughout the filling. They were extremely kind, professional, and skilled. As discussed in our previous appointment, they were able to fill the small gap in between my front teeth. Now they look natural, put together, and healthier than ever! Later in the afternoon, Dr. Young followed up with me, personally, with a phone call to see how I was feeling, offer any additional tips for comfort.
