I have tried a few vets since I moved to the area and this office is by far the best around-especially if you have a big dog. My dog is old and has seen a lot of vets and usually gets treated poorly for being big and people being afraid of him. He is a gentle giant and Dr. Mills treated him like the big baby I know he is. We had to have his tail amputated and the entire experience left me in awe that a vet clinic could be so easy. From being very friendly place for a reactive dog, to great care and after care I wiuld definitely recommend Franklin.
We currently have 6 labradors. Over the years, Franklin Animal Clinic has taken care of them all! Contingent upon our needs for urgent care and/or annual wellness we have seen most all of their vets. They have worked with us in times of more urgent needs, appointments etc. And as hard as it is, we have also had experiences in euthanizing our older pups. Franklin Animal Clinic's team are a class act and handle everything with great care and compassion. I would encourage anyone to trust Franklin Animal Clinic with their furbabies!
I’ve only taken my dog a couple of times so far, but the staff has made us feel like long-time attendees from day 1. They are always able to work us into the schedule in a timely manner and once there the wait has yet to be a long one. I did not dislike our previous vet clinic, but I felt that Franklin Animal Clinic took some long-term non-urgent issues with my dog more seriously. Your beloved fur babies are in good hands here!
