Our outside hvac unit's control board died in early January. We called On-Time and they sent a serviceman out. His name was Chris and he did a fast and thorough job. Very thankful for Chris and On-Time. Everyone we spoke with on the phone was professional, friendly, and responsive to our situation. Highly recommended!!!!!
I had a problem with my furnace that 2 other companies were unable to figure out, they had both told me it was my thermostat, which I had replaced 2x because of their errors. The guy that came out, and I'm sorry that I don't remember his name as this was a while ago, was awesome. He knew how the furnace worked in a way that the other people didn't and he was able to repair it. Also he was super professional and easy to deal with.
