No appointment/walked in. They were busy, little wait, all good. I was fortunate to have the associate Steph handle the process. Caring, courteous, professional, and gentle. Coupons bring me in, customer service brings me back.
Ms Lynn and Alyssa were absolutely a wonderful team to tackle my father and my haircut. I honestly haven't had a conversation that was deeper than a kiddy pool with a hair stylist ever so it was a very pleasant experience.
