It makes me sad that others have experienced what we did in regard frain (I refuse to give the honor of Capitalizing even the name). My husband lost his mother and they went into sadistic detail about the cremation process as well, I believe, to make my father-in-law spend more money. And...if you don't like cats, fine. But you don't have to lock them in the empty garage connected to the funeral home and pretend you didn't see it and let it starve to death. Yes, I do remember! Do me a favor, all associated with frain...die in a fire.
Dan, the funeral director, was insensitive and abrasive. He went into gruesome, unwarranted detail about the cremation process. Details that cannot be unheard and will forever taint our mother's "ashes". He was rude and unhelpful when writing the obituary. He didn't seem interested in helping us since we weren't paying for an expensive funeral service. I believe he went into gruesome detail about the cremation process in order to persuade us to make different choices and spend more money. Sincerely regret choosing Frain's. We refused to continue working with Dan. We continued working with Jon, Jon was professional and kind.
