Currently the system could not be working better! Fingers crossed the hot season will not create any issues.I am currently very disappointed with the ongoing struggle to get the system working properly and the challenge every time I need to reach someone for our commercial service support. I'm currently out of country and they have been having a hard time getting in contact with the right person to take care of this and simultaneously I'm afraid I'm going to have an outrageous utility bill for the first month as the unit seems to have run non-stop since the last time Chris was out. There needs to be a direct line for commercial users as rhe impact is too great on tenants. I'm beginning to question my decisions on this unit for our building renovation on Broad St.“
