I appreciated that.—————————————I’m sure I’ll get backlash from people but here it goes anyways…Decided to tan a little before vacation. Signed up for a month and bought some eye stickers (UV protection).After trying them a few times I decided to buy the kind in the pic. I’ve had facial palsy for two years I found it very uncomfortable to remove the sticker from my affected side.Got in to tan and used them one time. I took them off after my tan and they literally fell into pieces and even the center of them was cracked. I didn’t drop them, throw them, sit on them etc.I politely asked after my tan to exchange them. I was told she couldn’t but a note would be placed on my account to exchange them the next time.Next time…I planned to buy lotion today and continue tanning and the friendly associate was on the phone with someone and when I said there should be a note on my account she asked the person on the phone if she could assist me with my broken eyewear and she was told no.Clearly they don’t trust their customers not to try to cheat them out of 6$ broken glasses.They also don’t trust their employees to handle simple decisions like replacing eyewear bought 10 mins before they broke.I wanted to cancel and get my money back vs continuing to tan but if you think that’s how it works, wrong! If they care so much about eyewear that honestly costs .50 to buy they definitely aren’t giving back unused tanning $$.It’s the point of bad service, not the price at all!!!!!!I’m truly just amazed and saddened because I know this will mean nothing to them.“
