Robert was very easy to work with. He was able to get us scheduled right away, and kept in touch throughout the process. Floors look great and price was reasonable. Will use him again!

My day started out with a phone call to confirm my appointment to have my carpets cleaned. Robert was punctual. We walked through the areas in need of cleaning. My cat had gotten sick after 2 series of shots and even though I had cleared the areas, I could still smell it. Robert was very thorough, professional and friendly. After the cleaning process, a deodorizer was used and the carpet raked. He even left shoe covers to use until the carpet dried. He did a fantastic job and I hated walking on the carpet afterwards. I was very pleased with the quick response to my phone call about having several rugs cleaned. Robert was here within days. Even though my rugs had several new puppy smells & stains, they looked awesome after cleaned. I might add, the cost was very reasonable. I plan to hire Xcellent Care each year.
