Technician, doctor, and staff very professional and courteous. The doctor took time to answer all my questions. It was about closing time but there was no sense of rushing me. I was confident in his knowledge of my specific family eye syndrome.
I’m very pleased with the West Jefferson location. I normally go to the Lake Ave, but I had an emergency and was directed to the West Jefferson office. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr Roth is outstanding actually he is my Dr at Lake Ave. Would highly recommend.
Efficient, well-run office, nicely appointed, friendly staff with easy check-in and check out. What was most appreciated was their text messaging system with timely reminders of when my appointment was scheduled, what to do if I needed to reschedule, etc. I would definitely return to this office in the future.
