Ryan, our service technician, was professional, courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. He completed both the a/c and furnace tune-ups in about an hour less than estimated. We highly recommend Sommers (and Ryan) for your heating and cooling needs.
Our air conditioning was not keeping up. The scheduler on the phone was very nice and helpful. I was expecting them not to be available until late in the week but they were able to get someone to us the next day. I saw a coupon on the website and they accepted that as well even though it was an after hours call. Tim Rebber was a great technician! He was knowledgeable and efficient. Tim let us know how we could save even more money by signing up for a plumbing, cooling, and heating visits throughout the year. We had a great experience.
I had amazing experience using Summers today. We had an emergency flooding situation that occurred from a clogged drain. We called Summers mid way through the day and we're met with excellent customer service, sending a technician out within a couple hours of calling for help. Our technician Grant, was outstanding. Very informative and polite and let me know everything that he was doing, and the best steps to take to resolve the problem we were having. He was very fast and efficient when it came to unclogging the drain. We are more than pleased with the service that we had and is spot on with cost.
