Sullivan's Spring Cleaning

I needed a company to come out and do a one time deep clean for our facility here in Fort Wayne . I reached out to Sullivan spring cleaning, at first I would get responses to my calls and Christina even came out and quoted the cleaning. We eventually agreed on a price and time for the cleaning. Today is the day that we agreed upon, and I have called her twice with no answer and no response, please please save your time and money. I also had booked without reading other reviews and I am glad they did not show up. I would give zero stars if possible.

Extremely poor job. I was supposed to have a deep cleaning that was supposed to take 2-4 hours. They were gone in 1 1/2 hours. There wasn't even regular cleaning done let alone deep cleaning. The kitchen sink was not clean, the master bathroom vanity still had hair all over it and sinks not clean, shower was not clean, the floor around all toilets was never touched. Almost ruined a picture on the wall with whatever they sprayed on it. Lots of dust everywhere when they left--especially master bedroom and bathroom. Their sweeper did not pick up much. I ran my sweeper again shortly after they left and had way to much in my canister for a carpet that had just been swept. I ended up cleaning most of it myself. No refund offered when owner was contacted about this. I spent $250.00 to end up doing it myself.

Christina and her staff have always done a outstanding job. She and her staff have always done a amazing job. After using several other cleaning companies there is a difference between them and her. Sullivans Spring Cleaning will always have my companies business. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HERService: Deep clean
