Dr. Kitson and Dr. Kowlowitz-Taylor are both highly knowledgeable, explaining things clearly and making the hospital a good choice for cats with complex issues. The staff works within budgets to offer excellent care options and treats both pets and owners like family. Despite challenges caused by the pandemic, the hospital remains committed to supporting their patients with compassion and professionalism. Recent visits, including dentals and other procedures, have shown that cats are well looked after, often more relaxed after procedures than in other clinics. The team’s kindness and helpfulness make every visit a positive experience.
Update August 2024: we have 5 cats now, and we’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kowlowitz-Taylor too. 3 of our cats needed dentals over the last couple of months, and the process was so easy. My cats were very well looked after for their procedures. When I picked them up from their surgeries, they were much more relaxed and at ease compared to when I have left my cats at other vet offices in the past for similar procedures.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jill and the rest of the team at this office! We have 3 kitties, and we always feel like they receive the best care here!

The entire staff treated both my dog and I like we were part of their family and they were going to do everything they could to make Sadie comfortable and find out what was wrong. They took care of her in ways that were unexpected.
