It is so reassuring to know that every time I call Jason for a plumbing problem, he will respond very promptly, do a quality job with repair or new installation, and do it at a very reasonable price. I will never use anyone else because I know that he is so trustworthy and friendly.Service: Sump pump installation

First, I think this listing is confusing. To be clear, this review is for Simply Water Heaters in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It seems as though the other review is for a company in California. We were hooked up with Simply Water Heaters thru our home warranty company. The only reason we did not give 5 stars is that it was initially very hard to get a call back. Once we did make contact, things went very well and they were much better with communications. I will chalk it up to the construction industry being very busy right now. Their plumbers very courteous, clean, knowledgeable, professional and they worked quickly. I would recommend them.
