Joel and Racer came out today to repair a gas line leak that was found yesterday. I was grateful to get such quick service. while they were here, they were also able to fix a problem on installing my new gas stove that I didn't know about until this morning.
they were very friendly and got my issues resolved quickly.

I called in last week to report that I had an alert on my thermostat ( we have a geothermal system) I knew we had a maintenance agreement with Rolf so I was reassured that someone could come out. When Rafael was finished with the initial inspection, I mentioned I had just had it serviced in June. He was aware after reading our file. He was polite and honest saying he wasn't familiar with the system but he would do all he could to make sure we were taken care of. The part was ordered and a time was set to install. (between 12 & 4) here it was after 3:30 and no call. I contacted the office and they disclosed that the appointment before me was taking longer than... read full review

I like the work that Rolf Griffin does they offer a reasonable cost on things that they have done for myself replacing my furnace and central air conditioner, water softener and water heater. Recently one of their plumbers replaced the toilets in my house and they gave myself a reasonable cost to do that and did a fantastic job also . The people that work for them are very professional and knowledgeable and have taken the time to explain things in details to myself. I would recommend people by taking a look at Rolf Griffin the products and services that they offer to people and take a look at their estimates on their products and services that they offer to people .
