This is the second time I have used Protechs and both times have been wonderful. They are the most reasonably price, they are quick, effective, keep you up to date on what is going on. I can't say enough about Pro -Techs and the excellent service they provide. With recent heavy storms in our area, we had 3 offices down without power causing basements to flood. Pro Techs got on it and got the job done!!! They are professional and experienced and treat you like family. Special kudos to Megan at the office. I'm sure they were getting overwhelmed with calls and people needing service but she was always calm, cool and collected. Also to Caleb our Project Manager. Great guy that made sure things happened. During the great power outage from the Storm that hit southwest Fort Wayne in June 2022 ended up losing power and had water in the basement. Made the call and they had a team out there within a few hours. The team was professional, nice, trustworthy and hard working! I would highly recommend them for any of your needs.Service: Water removal

Our staff includes ICRA Certified Technicians, 2 Licensed Asbestos Inspectors, Multiple Certified Asbestos Abatement Technicians, 4 Certified Master Cleaning and Restoration Technicians, 2 of only 6 ASCR Certified Restorers in the state of Indiana, as well as a staff of IICRC Certified Technicians trained by the 5th Master in Cleaning and Restoration in the world. Our entire staff is OSHA and IICRC certified and trained in CPR/First Aid/AED by the Red Cross.
