I came here the other day to get lab work done and the experience was quick and easy. The doctor was nice, and the front desk worker was nice aswell. WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL!!! Jessica, Annalisa, and Melissa (i think those are their names) are all such fun happy people. I go here to get help with my testosterone stuff and the staff have always been kind, understanding, helpful, generous, and go WAAAY above and beyond to make me feel at home in their cozy little building. I look forward to every visit to joke with them and get HRT care during appts and listen to the soft tunes played over the speakers. 1 MILLION out of 10!!!
This is my first choice for sexual, reproductive, and gender-affirming healthcare in Fort Wayne. The staff are so kind and helpful; I always feel respected and well cared for. I especially like that I can come here for gynecological care without being misgendered.
PSA about the parking area: Anti-choice protesters sometimes stand near the entrance of the parking area and attempt to talk to people entering or leaving. They may try to hand you packets of stuff or call to you from across the parking lot, and they may approach your moving vehicle. Be prepared to ignore them and drive carefully and you'll be fine.
