Pine Valley Veterinary Clinic: Graham M Dennis DVM

I was visiting from out of state and had occasion to have my elderly dog seen . I have lived a lot of places and been to a lot of vets . This is the best place I have ever been ! Dr Block was absolutely amazing and took so much time to make sure my dog got great care . The tech was just as amazing and was so good to my dog . I told my family members who live there all about it .

I can't speak highly enough about the care my dog has received from the staff at Pine Valley Veterinary Clinic. After getting the run around for months from a very highly regarded clinic that's much closer to our house I started calling around. From the jump PVVC was the first place that didn't make me feel like getting someone on the phone was an inconvenience. My dudes ears were extremely infected. It wasn't enough to qualify for an emergency, but needed to be addressed quickly. They got him in the same day and treated him with so much kindness and care. It was great. Great experience here bringing my Mom's senior cat. He did great...was not scared at all. He is long haired and had several hair mats that they combed out or shaved off if they needed to do that. He looks and feels great. Once in the past, we took him to a "groomer," to get rid of his mats and they totally shaved him...that was an awful experience. This was an excellent experience all around. They also called us the next business day to let us know his blood results looked good. I think my Mom feels good about bringing him back for help with his mats and healthcare in the future.
