Had them come 11/2/24 and after waiting 2 weeks we’ve seen a drastic change in our day to day lives! They’ve very much been great and solid customer service! Had a call back due to seeing a few left over fleas after 2 weeks but man they were more than happy to come back the next day for a follow up appointment for no charge as they promote! Sticks by their word and technicians are very polite with their hospitality. Would 100% recommend Orkins to anyone, price is solid and way cheaper than many quotes I’ve been given. Definitely choose Orkins if you want it done right. ???

We had hornets building a nest in our yard. Michael (Orkin) has been taking care of pest control for our home. Michael arrived at our home quickly and identified the nest as hornets. Michael quickly dressed in protective gear and carried spary can over to hornets nest. Before Michael started to spray the nest he informed me to seek shelter. Michael then started to apply poison to the hornets nest and all hell broke lose, as alot of angry hornets appeared. Today I still have not seen any activity at the hornet's nest. Nathan was great, he explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and listened to all our concerns! Our two year old was a little chatty and he was very kind to her and talked to her when she asked all kinds of questions! It was pleasant meeting him and I am very hopeful the mouse problem will be taken care of effective and efficiently!
