My family and I love OPS! The kids love running the track and playing basketball. I love taking all the different classes. All the instructors and participants are very encouraging and helpful. I love starting my day here.

I spend a lot of my mornings here and there’s not a better way to start the day! If you want a sense of community, this is your spot! It’s so motivating to come to a place with such wonderful people!!

OPS offers a great variety of classes, times and instructors. I also enjoy the cardio/weight room. I recently met with Jill Health, personal trainer, and will be getting to the gym for weights also. iFit on the cardio machines is like a mini vacation while working out and access at home also!
