I made an appt to have my eye checked. A medical appt. Not an eye exam. I asked specifically how much it is because I didn't have insurance. I was told the appt was $130. I wanted to know because I am paying out of pocket. The appt goes fine. Go to check out. $195. They said that is how much the med appt is. A regular exam is $130. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HOW MUCH A MEDICAL EXAM WAS.

I had my eye exam and ordered new glasses. I received a call that my glasses were ready for pick up. When I tried them on I told her my vision was worse with them on! She told my to wear them for a couple of days. I had a severe headache.... I called the back several times before I could get another appointment... When I went in I assumed I would see the doctor... Nope just going to see the lady to vetify my glasses prescription! Why wasn't this done when I tried on my glasses! This company's policy are horrible!

This place was ok to start off with. But recently they have done a horrible job. Contacts take for ever to come in and when they finally do they mark your account as they notified you when they never did. I had a credit coming to me because they over charged me and when I asked for the remainder to be sent to me they came up with all excuses of not charging me right and that all the credit went back to them. They do not know how to properly submit a correct form to the insurance.
