I havent placed my order yet so I cant speak to their efficiency in ordering, delivering, and installing but their customer service is patient, kind, and fun. Clean store. Nice, knowledgable staff. Good selection.

We stopped by Michael's Floor Covering to see what type of carpet they offered and were pleasantly surprised by the professional and knowledgeable sales person. Most important she listened to our needs and helped navigate us to what best suited! Today they stopped out to measure and in 3 weeks they will lay our carpet! We are so excited and are looking forward to our new carpet!
