On a cold morning, Richard from Lopshire Flowers delivered Valentine flowers to my wife. We had some delay getting to the door, but he patiently waited for us despite having to do a ton more Valentine deliveries. Thank you Richard and Lopshire. And the flowers were beautiful!
Top notch customer service! I used Lopshire awhile back for sympathy flowers and a throw. The flowers unfortunately didn't make it to the funeral home with the throw but they went above and beyond, delivering them the next day to the recipients home and gave me a $40 gift certificate for the inconvenience.I used them again this week for a sympathy arrangement and I dropped off two ornaments that I wanted incorporated into the arrangement and they made it look so pretty!
Miss Gina was amazing...the address that was given for the delivery was wrong and she did everything she could to make it right knowing the flowers were on the truck and out for delivery. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! My daughter loved the arrangement.
