I have been using Liberty for a couple years now. I initially called for a major Carpenter ant issue. They had a nest inside a wall and I had managed to disturb them so they were all over my living room. Liberty was able to send Matt out the same day which I greatly appreciated. He was able to take care of the nest using bait and also started me on a plan for ants/spiders and mice. Thanks to a local park and heavy woods they loved to frequent my garage. I haven’t really had a problem with anything since starting on the plan. Amazing customer service!!! Called them and within a couple hours they were out and handled our bees!!! They truly care and it shows! I'd give them 100 stars if I could! They educated on everything they were doing and made sure we were completely satisfied! THANK YOU ?

Matt is so helpful and very detailed in his explanation of what he was doing to rid us of the yellow jackets that invaded our home. I called them this morning and the owner Rob answered and was extremely helpful. Matt was here in less than an hour. This kind of service is unheard of now a days. I knew I called the right people. Thank you for all of your help.
