Absolutely terrible customer service. Don’t walk into this facility without detailed pictures of every common item and fitting that you are attempting to purchase from this store. If you have any quantity of returns or heavy items, make sure to bring help or a back brace. The friendly staff will sit on their stools and won’t so much as help you with a door (I learned this the hard way with over 1000’ or conduit that was over ordered.) If you make it in far enough to request that somebody assist you for purchasing or accept your returns, be ready for an awful attitude in return to the request. I've done my 4th withdrawal successfully with no extra charges or fees paid. Thank you once again Mrs Kathrine Lucas you have helped me pay my debt, I was so worried because there was no where to get money from since I lost my job with a debt of 20,000 dollars. When I started my first trade investment just with $1000 I got a profit payout of $10,560 in 6 working days then I made another investment and I was able to access my trade account to see if everything was going very well..... I'm very happy she kept to her words by helping me pay my debt now I'm debt free, I can feed my family three times a day all with the help of Mrs Kathrine Lucas management. I advise anyone who wants a perfect investment that is trusted and profitable with the liability of paying out profit at the due date should contact her via +19294507706,email:kathrinelucas170@gmail.com
Simply the worst customer service. Went in to purchase replacement parts to rebuild an exterior lamp post light. I was met with a vacant stare as if he had zero clue what I was even talking about. Upon further explanation he said he could sell me the socket but none of the parts used to secure the socket to the lamp posts internal fixture. It's common threaded rod. You're in the business of interior and exterior lighting and you don't know what I am even talking about nor have what is needed to complete the job? What kind of business is this?
