A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. Really happy with the service. We called about a sump pump issue and a leaking toilet knob. Our technician, Greg, was really personable and explained things well. The price was reasonable and what I expected. I knocked this down from a "5" to a "3" because it took three weeks for them to get here during the first visit. We've since had to call them again for something else, and it's taking them another three weeks to get here.
