We have been going to them since we ended up in Fort Wayne, but today was a particularly great experience for our family. We hit some terrible traffic after school pickup on our way to the appointment and ended up knowing we were going to be late. We called ahead and they were so kind and understanding even though I felt terrible. We had 2 appointments for both our boys next to each other. They still spent so much time with both of them, helped them feel calm and comfortable, and explained everything and recommendations to the orthodontist.
