Brought my laptop in for a simple fix, so I thought. The hinge was broken, but it was still functioning and running fine. Was told in store that it would be 30 days at the most to fix, after sending it to the service center. During this time, they never updated the status of the repair on the website. They finally called me after three weeks and told me that they could fix it and that the part was in stock. Another three weeks go by and the website said - good news your computer has been shipped back. I get a call from the Apple Glen store to say that they never fixed the computer - after 6 weeks.
