Did not know they took over the company I had install my units. They sent Ryan out and he was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything to me. Then since they took over the other company, they honored my warrantee which could have been costly. I would recommend them to all my friends and also signed up for their service program!
Thanks to Freedom Heating and Plumbing the AC unit is up and humming like new! The damage on the unit from the recent storm left it cosmetically damaged and in need of a cleaning and check. Hats off to Freedom and Employee of the Month Leo!!! He will be who we ask for every time we need assistance. ?? Angie was the best at making sure our needs were addressed! I rarely post reviews but after experience with Freedom H&C I had too. After the great storm of June 2022 took out my power it also killed my thermostat. Great right?! Had to be on the first few days of summer with 90+ degree temps. Have what I thought was a call to JF Miller who installed all my HVAC when the house was built less than 3 years ago and Freedom answered. Hmm they must have bought out JF Miller. Was able to get an appointment for the same day. Phil from Freedom H&C was polite, professional, and to the point on his diagnoses.
