We recently purchased luxury vinyl plank for our dining room, kitchen, living room, guest bath, hall, foyer and laundry room. Sam, our salesman, did a wonderful job guiding us through the process. An unfortunate mistake by the manufacturer led to a few bumps in the road on installation day, but thanks to Sam, the manager, the owner and ultimately Mohawk, the mistake was corrected in a super timely and fair manner.
