I own an LG dishwasher that I purchased 2 months ago. one of the cycles wasn’t working properly. and Philip M was sent originally to check it out. It was one of those symptoms that has never been seen before. He listened to us and conducted diagnostics checks with LG engineers. He was very adamant with LG that the dishwasher had defective components. LG provided the warranty parts and he was able to get the new parts installed within a few days. Philip provided great customer service support and repair and he politely answered all my questions. I totally recommend this company and this repair technician.

Movers moved my LG tower washer/dryer without the lock screws in place and I had a flood when I tried to use the washer. Phil from Brook-Mill came out and I have not had an issue with my washer since. Definitely recommend this place!
