It was a stressful night for me to end up in a ditch with my daughter. And it was worse outside with the weather. The tow truck came sooner than expected, which was a relief, and he was able to get me out fairly quickly. I greatly appreciate getting help that night.
On Saturday night (1030pm) our daughters tire had a blow out. After trying to contact another towing service unsuccessfully, we contacted Blue Eagle. By now it was close to 1130pm. I don't remember who I talked to on the phone but she was very pleasant. Told us they could help and driver would contact us when he was on his way(about an hour wait). She got the call, and we met him there. He didn't have much to say, as it was very cold out and I am sure just wanted to efficiently get the job done and out of the cold. Which he did. He loaded it and dropped it off at the location we asked. Thank you Blue Eagle. I would highly recommend!
Last night on the way home from my daughter's birthday party in Fort Wayne my car started acting up on the high way. We pulled over on the side of the road and called roadside assistance. My roadside assistance was very unhelpful as the car was full with children and every time a car passed it shook the car. It was a very scary situation. They told me 45 minutes and it turned out to be not able to be towed that night. I wasn't wanting to let my car sit on the highway over night so I called Blue Eagle towing.
