AVOID this business at all costs. Owner is extremely arrogant, insulting and generally unprofessional. He will offer to "trim" your perfectly healthy mature trees stating it is needed to "prevent future problems". Firstly, it is the wrong time of the year to "trim" the tree and, secondly, a perfectly healthy tree, once trimmed, will generate future business as "trimming" healthy trees has the likely effect of causing the tree to rot and or become very susceptible to disease. The owner approached me unsolicited and when I questioned his methods, he became very offensive and abusive in his attitude and language towards me. He also claims to be a "certified arborist". If so, his license should be revoked.
