My AC went out on a weekend and they were there by 8:30am Monday morning. They are the friendliest, most thorough crew and they do a great job. My house was 86 for a few days and Tim made sure my new unit was working and cooling down before he left. He stayed until almost 5pm the first day then returned early the next morning to finish and clean up. I can't recommend them highly enough!!
