As Rayburn1 was installing our new roof, they detected a significant structural issue. Dave Rayburn personally got involved, got a structural engineer out to evaluate and suggest solutions, and oversaw the repair. I was very satisfied with the results.
We had a total roof replacement. Could not have asked for a better experience. High quality products, professional workmanship, outstanding customer service. We had occasion to put roofs on two different houses in the last five years. One on our “old” house which sustained hail damage, and then on our new house that we had built. In both cases we hired Rayburn 1 to do the job, and for good reason. We felt very comfortable with Mr. Rayburn who was clearly a very honest guy. What he said and what we agreed to definitely happened and in a timely matter. His crew showed up as scheduled, did the job swiftly and correctly and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
