We are beyond impressed, with his professionalism, genuineness and knowledge he has continued to provide. We never feel rushed in my Husbands appts and Dr. Cervera is awesome at explaining next steps, for each treatment or test.We try to make certain to let him know, at each followup appt, just how great of a provider, we believe he is. Patients without insurance are welcomed.. Charges, if any, are billed according to ability to pay- based on a sliding scale. For this reason, they ask to see proof of income when you become a patient.. They have doctors, nurse-practioners and nurses on staff, and they can provide referrals to other docs who are specialists.. FHC East Broadway is one of several FHC centers across town. They have an in-house medical lab. They have translation services for many languages.They have education programs for monitoring blood pressure and managing diabetes. They have a pharmacy with very affordable prices.. I have received good health care at the FHC and I can recommend it.“
