Sure enough he was able to get the bird removed and the furnace worked great what really impressed me was that he could have tried to sell me a part that I didn't need. “Amazing experience and by the way he has 40+ years of experience. Our heater had a problem not turning on. I called them close to closing time at around 4pm. The owner was here promptly within 15 minutes had a solution, explained what occurred with the part which fortunately started working, explained the part may go back out but we agreed with starting with simplest solution first (seeing how long it may last) but he took the part number and said call if it does go out and we can get it squared away. “Copied this from the fb post I made.First time ever to leave a review or make a comment about a company on any platform, but might be helpful for other people. So my furnace stopped working and I had Absolute Services come look at it. Long story short , they quoted me $840 for a little part but highly recommended I go ahead and replace the entire furnace which would have been $3,500.I told them I’d get back to them and remembered a company that came out last year who seemed very honest called Metro 1 Heating and Cooling and they came out and said it was basically just a loose screw. They fixed it and didn’t even charge me. The price they did quote me on the part was more than half off what other company quoted if I would have needed it.Here is image of the Absolute services quote for that part that I literally saw on Amazon for $34$. So if you need anything done with your heating or air check out Metro One and save yourself from the scam artists!“

“My c/a quit working on Friday evening after business hours. I called and left a message explaining my situation. Within an hour I received a call from James and told him my concern that the capacitor may have gone bad. He quoted an estimate for diagnosing the issue and the cost of the capacitor if that proved to be the issue. James arrived within 20 minutes and confirmed the problem was the capacitor. He had a replacement available on his truck and was able to complete the repair in 10-15 minutes. All told, from the time he returned my call to the completion of the repair was less than 1 hour. “Homeownership is HARD those first few months, right?! Maybe?? It is for us! While the experience has been amazing, we've also had a lot of leaky kinks along the way and I'm so glad we found Summers Plumbing. We had another plumber out recently for another issue and while they were great, we needed someone with bigger guns for the current problem that we thought was a main leak in our subfloor. Lo and behold, it was not a main issue but our hose bib leaking upon random usage into a basement wall and causing quite the stink in the 40 year old carpet Mike Ward was the man we didn't know we always needed lol he is a MASTER plumber, literally and he came to lil ol us and solved our worries in 11 minutes. This is what you pay for people, not the labor time, not even the material fees- you pay for the expertise that was learned and lived by the service provider before you even knew you had a problem. His education shows and we're so thankful for him! He even came back himself with a really nice tech named Jace and completed the difficult repair quickly. A leak hates to see Mike and Jace coming thank you Summers! A previous employee actually recommended them and if that doesn't speak to their integrity then I don't know what will!“
