Overall I love this location. Most of the employees do an amazing job. There is only one there I refuse to allow cut my hair and of course I have my favorites. Only downside is they do not keep enough help at the store. The schedule is ran thin and calls for an extended wait time. I use the app so most of the time it doesn’t affect me unless I go for a last minute haircut. I do feel bad for the ones that are not up to date with the app and when I see them walk in and told there’s an hour wait they just turn around and walk back out. Prices are way up. I remember great clips having $7 cuts. Now I believe they’re about $18.

My son and Girlfriend go here too get their hair cuts. However, I will only let one person touch their heads. That person's name is Rachel. (We kind of follow where ever she works at, so guaranteed their hair is done right) She is fantastic at what she does, and has high levels of customer service skill. We've been going too her for awhile now. Needless too say, we never leave unhappy or negatively at all. High recommended.

Answered phone with great response time as well as a friendly attitude, and when I went in for a haircut I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. The expert listened well to what I wanted and performed perfectly! Will definitely be going here regularly!
