Easy to make an appointment, they called ahead when the two person crew was on the way, showed up on time, and didn't try to sell me needless services. I would definitely consider them first when I need chimney work done.

We are purchasing a new house and didn't have any context for the fireplace. Our realtor gave us the name of this company. Thank goodness! Daniel texted me the day before and told me what to expect. Then he texted me the day of that he was on the way. He asked me questions and because I didn't have any details about the chimney, he examined the fireplace and told me it was in great condition for its age. We also thought we needed to have a raincap put on the alternate chimney but because it was no longer in use, we only needed to close it up.
