When shopping for people you care about, care enough to go somewhere else.

I wish I had checked these reviews before placing my online order... apparently this behavior is the norm for this business. I placed a rather expensive order to be delivered to my wife at our home. They gladly accepted my order and promptly pulled the funds from my account. These flowers were a gift for my wife to help show my appreciation of her and to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. They didn't deliver the flowers. I called several times to see if I could go pick up the floral arrangement and gift that I had paid for. They didn't answer the dozen or so calls I made.
