There are options in this area, and you should pick a different one. $200+ order that they don't deliver, don't call (even though they have multiple numbers), and then don't answer the phone or return multiple messages about. When shopping for people you care about, care enough to go somewhere else.

I wish I had checked these reviews before placing my online order... apparently this behavior is the norm for this business. I placed a rather expensive order to be delivered to my wife at our home. They gladly accepted my order and promptly pulled the funds from my account. These flowers were a gift for my wife to help show my appreciation of her and to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. They didn't deliver the flowers. I called several times to see if I could go pick up the floral arrangement and gift that I had paid for. They didn't answer the dozen or so calls I made.
