“A great experience. The instructor was warm and welcoming. The owner is just as warm and welcoming. They took the time to speak with our introductory group and answer any questions.I've done pilates and yoga on and off for 23 years, but this was my first time teying this kind of pilates.It was low impact (perfect for my age), and this is the first time in years that I feel excited about practicing again on a regular basis.It was challenging and effective without the stress of trying to keep up or getting injured.
