Alex does an amazing job and my face looks and feels amazing. Before each step of my hydra-facial deluxe, Alex provided info and asked my comfort level to assure my facial went perfectly.
Before the facial started, Alex went over what i should expect, asked about warming the bed, massage preferences and leg preferences and used relaxing oils to begin the facial.
After the facial, Alex covered recommendations to keep better skin care results, grabbed water and answered questions about different skin care items in the spa. I went to Heather Brown recently to compare services and though woodhouse may have a higher price point, the quality... read full review
The experience and customer service was amazing. Randy did a good job. The robe I was given had a few makeup stains on it, so I hope it was clean. Overall I will be back, I wish they had a monthly membership I could join. I think massages are great gifts.
Hailey is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and excellent massage therapist I have had. My husband also goes to Hailey and agrees she is one of the best. Woodhouse Day Spa is lucky to have her!
