They were amazing! I made a last minute appointment for a cavity filling and it was the nicest appointment. The tech and Dr. were both so friendly, helpful, and educational. I felt like I was able to make an informed decision. And the process was extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend this office!
Was quick to get in and seen, but had to wait awhile to get X-rays ready. Also had to ask for discharge paperwork a half hour after PN said she would get it ready. It was not busy.
I've been to ER's and Urgent Cares many times in my life but Riverview is INCREDIBLE! I had chest pains with Covid and the level of care from every single member of the staff from the receptionist to the nurse,and technicians to the Doctor was awesome. They were all friendly, caring, reassuring, and timely. Didn't know this level of care still existed in the world. What an awesome group of people.
