The staff are kind and willing to help you out in a time of need. From the desk workers to the doctors they are quick with assistance while taking time to support each need of the patient. They are professional, patient, and very knowledgeable.

My first time at this practice, and I couldn't be happier. Everyone was welcoming, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Dr. Bickel is awesome, but so are all her staff. I had three pairs of glasses to replace with a new prescription, and the selection was good, prices fair. Staff was patient and took the time to make sure we made the most of my insurance coverage to get me the best deal. They checked all the boxes. Highly recommend.
