“Everyone at IVS is great - from the techs to the Doc. We have never felt rushed. Doctor Shoonover took as much time as we needed to understand the procedures. He did a great job of explaining what was happening and why and checked 2 or 3 times to make sure we understood and didn't have any further questions. During the procedure everyone involved was friendly and professional. Their banter with each other made it obvious they get along. That is a sign of a well run practice. Everyone seems to enjoy their job. Oh, and the procedure went great.“
