“My 1st appointment with the nurse krysta Graham, she was so nice and listened to me about medication options because I don't want to get hooked on something I have to wing off of . This office so amazing so far getting my insurance improve me for a new medication. When krysta Graham wasn't in kirsten cook was nice enough to help me out. My assigned family Doctor Cynthia Kizer I'm so happy I found this office this is the best place I've been to . I don't mind seeing a nurse practitioner they have so many to choose from . Thank you Krysta Graham and staff going above and beyond for your patients needs . I'm looking forward more office visits in the future thank you again!!?“

“Everyone at IVS is great - from the techs to the Doc. We have never felt rushed. Doctor Shoonover took as much time as we needed to understand the procedures. He did a great job of explaining what was happening and why and checked 2 or 3 times to make sure we understood and didn't have any further questions. During the procedure everyone involved was friendly and professional. Their banter with each other made it obvious they get along. That is a sign of a well run practice. Everyone seems to enjoy their job. Oh, and the procedure went great.“

“I went to see my new primary care physician Dr. Jordan Phelps, DO at Community Health Network Primary care office in Fishers. I arrived early, and accidentally went to the wrong floor, but the nurse was kind enough to point me to the right floor. When I arrived to the office, I checked in at the desk, and the nurse was kind and professional when she took my information. I took a seat and waited about 10-15 minutes before the nurse called me back. The nurse, Alex, was very pleasant and professional and took my vitals and answered the questions. I met Dr. Phelps and found him to be very professional and attentive to my needs and concerns. We went over my medical history and I explained my concerns about my blood pressure. He definitely listened to me and understood my concerns. He took the time to actually address my concerns and explain how to improve on my blood pressure. We had a great conversation and he gave me good advice and suggestions. I am actually happy that I have found a doctor that listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. I'm so glad I found this primary care physician and will look forward to him giving me proper care going forward. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan Phelps, DO if you need a primary care physician.“
