In the Chinese medicine tradition, it is important to understand the whole person to create the best treatment plan. Symptoms are merely a piece of the puzzle. The second hour is a treatment! I recommend you eat a light snack before you arrive and wear loose comfortable clothes. Treatments are a process that have many layers, my tradition encourages clearing the energetic pathways to allow the body to detox.
